2. Ordering

3. Shipping Policy
We provide fast, reliable, and discreet delivery service to any country specified by our customers. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after processing. All weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Please allow 2 business days for processing.
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking): This option offers faster service, with delivery typically taking 5-9 days from the dispatch date. The maximum estimated delivery deadline for this method is 14 days. A tracking code will be provided when your order is dispatched.
Standard (Registered AirMail delivery): Delivery typically takes 14-21 days from the dispatch date. The maximum estimated delivery deadline for this method is 30 days. Packages sent via this service are delivered discreetly and left in your mailbox. Please note that tracking is not available for Standard delivery.
Large orders containing more than 120 pills will be shipped in two separate shipments and may not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand name medications may also be shipped separately.
You will receive an automatic email notification when your order is approved and shipped.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us using our Feedback Support Service, Live Chat, or Phone. Our representatives will assist you as soon as possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect products, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt. We will review your request for a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. Proof of issue, such as photographs, may be required.

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to international customs delays, postal service disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
